Queen Victoria’s Children

In honour of Victoria Day I decided to put together a list of Queen Victoria’s nine children with pictures. I love seeing their full names and noting how they married into most of the royal families of Europe. No wonder Victoria was nicknamed “the grandmother of Europe”!

1. Victoria Adelaide Mary, Princess Royal

  • Married Frederick III of Germany
  • Children include Wilhelm II, German Emperor and King of Prussia, and Sophia, Queen of Greece

The second child actually became Edward vii, not viii who was the Edward who abdicated for the woman he loved ( and had a miserable life after that)
    An amazing family tree certainly.
