4 Things I Learned in February

Again I’m following Emily P. Freeman’s lead to share assorted things that I learned recently. Here are four things I learned in February.

1. Ostriches have the largest eyes of any land animal. (Imagine your eyes were bigger than your brain!)

2. Magdalen College, Oxford is pronounced “maudlin.”

3. An okta is a measure of cloud cover (0 = clear and 8 = completely overcast).

4. The field by our house is hilly enough for excellent sledding!

What did you learn in February?
